Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Shoptery is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
