In the overwhelming majority of cases, we can resolve your issue — whether it concerns delivery, product condition, or a refund — directly, amicably, and far more quickly than the formal bank dispute process, which can take several weeks.

Chargebacks filed without prior communication or in bad faith will be vigorously contested with comprehensive supporting documentation, including but not limited to:
